I’m a mom to toddler twins! I created  for mothers to help them figure out what self-care means and how to achieve it. The site is my practical take on self-awareness.  The more self-aware you are, the better you are at self-care. Specifically, what you put in your body, how you move it, and what thoughts you harbour.

My core philosophy is that health – mental and physical – is key to a good life.  I became a first time mother to twins in my 40’s and while the transition into motherhood hasn’t been the easiest, I thank god that I was well established in a healthy lifestyle.  It helped me navigate all the changes – emotionally and physically – that come with motherhood.
